DISTANCES
Kids Race (Under 10): Swim 75 Meters, Bike 1.8 Miles and Run .6 Miles
Kids Race (11-15): Swim 150 Meters, Bike 3.4 Miles and Run 1 Mile
Sprint: Swim .45 Miles, Bike 14 Miles and Run 3.1 Miles
Intermediate: Swim .9 Miles, Bike 24 Miles and Run 6.2 Miles
Duathlon: Run 2.9 Miles, Bike 14 Miles and Run 3.1 Miles
Aquabike: Swim .45 Miles and Bike 14 Miles
RELAY TEAMS
If a relay team registers online, each member will be responsible for completing the registration information and signing online waivers at the time of signup.
