Hello! My name is Allison, and I’ve been a health and wellness coach for just over two years. I realized that I needed to focus on me, and I worked to get healthier. In 2017, I completed my first Beachbody program called Shift Shop. Then I decided to run my first 5k! I had never worked out consistently, but I found that by eating healthier and working out that I felt so much better. Over the past two years, I have lost 40 pounds and maintained that weight loss with the programs and supplements that Beachbody has to offer. I became a coach because I know that these programs work, and I wanted to help others find success. I began shifting my focus to building strength and cross training to help fuel my running career. In 2018, I ran my first half marathon. I am now using these programs in conjunction with running to train for my first marathon in the fall.

We will work together to pick a program that fits your unique goals. Each program is equipped with specific nutrition guidelines. If you are in need of a more strict set of guidelines to reach a goal, there are two nutrition based courses as well, that I am certified to guide you through.

I look forward to helping you reach your strength and cross training goals with an online array of workouts that you can take with you to the gym or keep in your living room. In conjunction, I offer a free accountability group on Facebook where we share struggles and successes. Reach out!
